Nemám slov...fuuuuh, čo všetko by som dala za to, aby som takto mohla začať každý deň, úžasné...
Dnes ráno cvične 9 km, 46 min, 5:07/km. Počasie pre beh ako keby stvorené, milujem behanie po daždi!
Už som tu viac krát hovorila, že pred krátkymi behmi (v mojom prípade je to max 12 km) nepotrebujem jesť, stačí káva, voda, možno kúsok sladkého ovocia...dnes ráno som však bola nejaká - nezvyčajne - hladná, tak som si dala POLOVICU tyčinky:
...ak potrebujete rýchlu energiu, vrelo odporúčam!!! Dostupná v DM, cena okolo 40 centov. :)
